Create interview slots
You can create interview slots using a guided four‑step wizard. This process helps you set up each slot accurately and ensures all essential details are captured.
Create an interview slot as follows:

On EBS Ontrack Staff Hub, go to Interview management and then select . Then, enter the required details, in this step, you must provide the core information for the interview slot. The fields are grouped into required details and further details as follows:

The button stays disabled until all required fields are complete.

Select a room, in this step, you choose a suitable room for the interview. You can search by:

Room code
-
Location
-
Capacity
Advanced filters are available if you need more specific results. Note that search results appear in batches. If more rooms match your search, select to view them. You can only select one room.

Select interview staff, you can search for and select staff who will take part in the interview. You can search by:

Room code
-
Location
-
Capacity
You can select multiple staff members, but this step is optional. If no staff are needed, you can continue without choosing anyone.

Confirm and create, the final step shows a summary of everything you’ve selected:

If you need to change anything, select to go back to the relevant step. When you select , EBS creates the interview slot and adds it to the interview management dashboard.

Recurring interview slots
You can also create multiple slots at once using recurrence settings. You can choose:

Daily, weekly, or monthly patterns
-
An end date or a set number of occurrences
-
Time‑based or date‑based repetition
A summary of the pattern appears before you confirm the creation. When you confirm, the system generates all slots that match the recurrence settings.
